Anne Is the founder and president of Learning Exchange a consulting company that develops extraordinary leaders and organizations.

Founded in 1978, Learning Exchange, provides Leadership Coaching, Organizational Development Consulting, and Training in the areas of: Leadership, Executive Development and Team Productivity.

Anne holds a Masters Degree in Adult Learning with a concentration in Leadership from Springfield College and a Bachelor¹s Degree from Baldwin-Wallace College in Ohio. Anne has delivered executive and corporate coaching presentations to:ASTD, International Coach Federation-NE, O.D. Network, New England Women Business Owners and various Chamber of Commerce groups. She is the co-author of When the Canary Stops Singing: Women's Perspective on Transforming Business.

On the personal side, Anne has founded a non-profit grass roots organization that is dedicated to eradication of domestic violence which has been in existence for 10 years. She is on several boards of directors that further causes for which she cares deeply. She has been an elected official and appointed to a state education advisory board.
